Choose the capability your task needs. ## Scan a business website Open https://aecon.ai/agent-native-index in a JavaScript-enabled browser. Enter the user's public HTTPS domain in **Website or domain** and submit **Scan website**. No account or payment is required. Wait for the completed scan, then read the score, evidence and fixes. The scan workspace and saved reports also expose: - **aecon_scan_website**: supply url, requestId (a UUID retained across retries), and optional force. The default reuses recent results; force=true requests a fresh audit. Read the returned status before continuing. - **aecon_get_scan_progress**: supply the returned job UUID as id. A running job returns captured findings and review progress; wait at least two seconds between reads. A completed or partial job returns its actual report. Read-only tools never initiate scans. Canceling a browser call does not cancel an accepted background job. Recover interrupted submission with the same requestId. Without native WebMCP, use the visible form. The website's internal transport is not a standalone public scan API. Unverified checks earn no points; an unavailable capture does not prove a capability is absent. ## Discover Tools through the marketplace API The marketplace API base URL is **https://app.aecon.ai**. Public list, search, describe and compare operations do not require authentication. Follow the returned references with POST /api/v1/market-tools/describe; do not invent a Tool reference or infer purchase availability from a search result. Retain partialResults, freshness and assessed coverage with the result. Use the returned pagination cursor and next action for more results. A partial or stale catalogue is not a complete inventory; tool_read_unavailable means the read did not complete and does not establish that a Tool is absent. ## Connect with MCP Configure a Streamable HTTP MCP connection to **https://app.aecon.ai/mcp**. Initialise the connection, then request tools/list. Public discovery exposes ae_registry_tools_search, ae_registry_tools_describe and ae_registry_tools_compare. Use only the tool names and schemas returned by that server. Protected operations require the host's account connection or an Agent access key sent as Authorization: Bearer. The published [OAuth protected-resource metadata](https://app.aecon.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource) identifies the resource and authorization server. Never send credentials to an alternate host. Connection does not grant spending authority. ## Quote, call and recover For a purchase, the marketplace requires market_tools:call scope. Request a fresh ae_tool_quote for the exact Tool and input. Inspect the returned price, data use, effects, expiry and authority requirements. Dispatch ae_tool_call only with that quoteRef and one stable idempotencyKey for the intended Call. Keep callRef and the x-ae-request-id response header. After an interruption or unknown outcome, read ae_call_status before retrying; reconcile or cancel only when the current receipt offers that action. Respect Retry-After and retryable. Authentication, funding, delivery and settlement are separate facts. Do not report a purchase as successful until its returned state establishes that outcome.
